NEW YEAR, NEW SCHOLAR
In 2000, The 11-10-02 Foundation selected its first college scholarship recipients – all of whom were based in Illinois. Twenty-five years later, our organization has funded scholarships for more students – in Illinois and elsewhere.
11-10-02 kicked off 2025 by funding a college scholarship for a student in Arizona.
Congrats to her!

11-10-02 GETTING CLOSER TO ACHIEVING BIG DREAM

In 1997, three people sat down for milkshakes. In the days that followed, one of them (Greg) launched a mentoring program – The Brunch Bunch. After a year and a half of the weekly brunches, he started this foundation. As a ‘call back’ to the original three shakes, one of his long-term goals for the Foundation was for it to fund at least three scholarships and/or grants in every state. As of early 2025, we are getting closer to achieving that goal. We have now given out scholarships and/or grants in all fifty states, and after the grants we funded
for two students (with an interest in STEM and robotics) in North Dakota this past month, we have funded at least three grants and/or scholarships in 46 states. Along the way, 11-10-02 has continued to fund grants &/or scholarships in states where the ‘three’ goal has already been reached and surpassed – including recent grants to benefit youth in Illinois and Indiana.
