part 5 of 5: THE 11-10-02 FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS
The 11-10-02 Foundation has funded in-kind grants, financial grants, and scholarships around the nation. To see examples of The 11-10-02 Foundation Grants, click here. For the purposes of this website -- 11-10-02's donations are referred to as "Scholarships" if the financial support is earmarked to support the education of one specific student (e.g. 11-10-02 made a donation to help pay tuition for a specific college student). In rare instances, 11-10-02 has given a 2nd (or even, a 3rd) scholarship to a specific student. In those cases, the student may be featured more than once below - to signify receipt of multiple scholarships from 11-10-02. Note: The Foundation's "Scholarship Impact" has extended beyond the scholarships it has funded. In a couple instances, a university created a scholarship and put up their own funds and then allowed 11-10-02 to select the recipient. In a couple other instances, a university agreed to match an 11-10-02 Foundation Scholarship (e.g. 11-10-02 funded a $5,000 scholarship for a college student.
